Andrew Plotkin is the great-grandson of Peter Plotkin and has been the foundation's President & Chairman of the Board since 2019.

Andrew recognizes the significance of having a nourishing, imaginative outlet, even though he himself never pursued the arts. This understanding motivates him to utilize the Foundation to support young artists in maintaining this outlet, particularly as funding for art programs continues to decline across the nation.

A former professional baseball turned mental health and performance expert, Andrew is a co-founder of BrainKanix: Mental Performance. When he isn't hosting an event at the gallery, you can find him playing beach volleyball or coaching young baseball players.
